📦 Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of used candles or personalized items unless they arrive damaged.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
