At Pure Pour Candle Co., we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🕯️ 1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unlit, and in original condition and packaging.
     
  • Return requests must be made within [7 or 14] days of delivery.
     
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
     

📦 Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of used candles or personalized items unless they arrive damaged.
